Paying for your account automatically: recurring charges
By default, Panix does not automatically charge your credit card. It's an optional arrangement, and if you'd like to be set up with automatic monthly charging, you can set it up using any of the following options:
- visiting our secure server at Payment options
- emailing accounting@panix.com from your billing contact address
- calling the accounting department at +1 (212) 741-4400 10am-6pm (NYC time) M-F
Please be aware you will still receive invoices for service. We will process your autocharge approximately 2 weeks after you receive your invoice (on your cycle date or the first business day after). This gives you a chance to review the invoice, change your service, and/or question anything about it before we run the charge.
